ABOUT GEOFF McARTHUR
Despite being draft-eligible, being pursued by some of the top teams and having incredibly high chances of being drafted, McArthur made the unconventional decision to step away from football and dedicate his life to education and service.
He opened a private boarding school in Canada, Canada Prep Academy, dedicated to developing athletes in every capacity, getting them scholarships at top schools and preparing them for success at the higher level. He has an established reputation built on his proven ability to propel athletes to the next stage. McArthur has helped elevate over 10 Canada Prep Athletes to the CFL, 2 to the NFL and 80% of Canada Prep seniors received scholarships to NCAA and U Sports Football (formerly CIS Football).
With over 20 years of coaching experience at every level, McArthur has developed the keen ability to connect with each athlete in a customized way that has allowed them to realize their full potential. He is deeply passionate about helping young men find alignment in every facet of their lives.
Off the field, McArthur beat Stage 4 Lymphoma and when it returned aggressively and metastasized spreading to his organs, he went on an intense healing and wellness journey and is determined to use his experience and education to help others.
McArthur is a Hall of Fame wide receiver, Cal’s all-time leader in receiving yards, a National Championship-winning coach at the renowned St. John Bosco and a two-time cancer survivor.
He has a proven track record of not just overcoming adversity, but tapping into his peak abilities to defy all odds and break records both on and off the field by going "beneath the surface."
Not only did McArthur set several records at both Cal Berkeley and Palisades High School, he broke every major receiving record at Cal and still holds several all-time records that even some of the most globally-recognized athletes have not been able to beat.
